Frank Samson, founder and CEO of Senior Care Authority®, interviews a different expert on aspects of what families face as the Boomers and their parents are aging. Tara Faquir is Co-Founder and COO of Trustate. Tara earned her B.S. in economics from the University of Miami and her M.B.A. from Fox School of Business at Temple University. Tara has spent the past decade working at a variety of companies from Fortune 500s to Billion-dollar start-ups and with her she brings to Trustate a deep understanding of sales, operations, and team management along with a passion for learning and entrepreneurship.
Erin Galyean is a pharmaceutical sales trainer, professional speaker, and published author. In 1997, Erin lost her father, Mike, to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and in 2018, she lost her sister, Meghan, to a rare lung disease. These heartbreaking life events, combined with her professional experience, taught Erin how to effectively advocate for a patient. As a result, Erin’s vision in life is to share her knowledge with others so they can do the same. In 2020, Erin published her first book Badass Advocate: Becoming the Champion Your Loved One Deserves.
